O veste bună pentru fanii francizei Overlord, studiourile olandeze Triumph au anunţat că lucrează la Overlord 2, iar acesta va fi lansat pentru Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 şi PC în 2009. Conform comunicatului de presă, pentru care deja am trimis un milion de pupici către Codemasters (publisher-ul jocului), acţiunea viitorului titlu ne va permite să trimitem în cazanul cu smoală, de la mic la mare, de la slab la gras, pe cetăţenii onorabili ai unui imperiu cu ceva trasături romane (nu române!). Aparent, AI-ul va da dovadă de mai multă minte, deoarece minionii noştri diavoliceşti vor fi capabili să călărească lupi, pentru a căpăta mai mult "elan" pe câmpul de luptă, să dărâme clădiri, iar interacţiunea acestora cu mediului înconjurător se va lăsa cu consecinţe foarte grave.
